CHANGE OF DATE FOR 2011/2012 POST UTME SCREENING EXERCISE

OCTOBER Thursday 20th, Friday 21st and Saturday 22nd, 2011

This is to inform the general public, especially prospective candidates for the Federal University Oye-Ekiti 2011/2012 Post-UTME Screenings that the exercise earlier scheduled for Saturday, 15th October, 2011 has been re-scheduled to hold from Thursday, 20th to Saturday, 22nd October, 2011

REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMITTANCE INTO SCREENING VENUE

i) Receipt issued to candidate at the point of payment in the bank
ii) UTME result slip
iii) Photocopies of SSCE, GCE, NECO or NABTEB results
iv) Downloaded Application Form
v) Writing materials – HB Pencils and Erasers

CAUTION

The following items are not allowed into the screening halls

1. Mathematical Tables
2. Calculators
3. Biros and Pens
4. Cell Phones

Candidates who arrived at the venue of screening after thecommencement of the test will not be allowed to take the test. Candidates who make false declaration of UTME scores and Ordinary Level Grades (SSCE, GCE, NECO or NABTEB as well as State of Origin shall not be considered for admission.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Candidates will receive notification through sms via cell phones and or by e-mail indicating the dates and time of their examinations.

The federal University ,Oye -Ekiti is one of the new nine Universities recently established by the Federal Government of Nigeria.The University will commence academic activities at its two campuses situated in Oye-Ekiti (For courses in Humanities and Social sciences,and Ikole -Ekiti (for courses in Agricultural Technology and Engineering)with effect from 2011/2012

.In line with the guidelines for admissions into undergraduate degree programmes, the University has re-scheduled its 2011/2012 post-UTME screening tests to 20 -22 October, 2011

ELIGIBILITY

1. Candidates who obtained the UTME cut-off scores of 180 and above who chose Federal University Oye-Ekiti as their 1st or 2nd choice
2. Candidates who did not chose the Federal University Oye-Ekiti as 1st or 2nd choice but obtained a minimum score of 200 in UTME can also apply
