All the thirty (30) lawyers nominated for the SAN award were attendance .Both lawyers affirmed that the NBA would make good its threat to punish any lawyer who attended the investiture ceremony of the new SANs held on Friday.
Mr Olisa Agbakoba said "The Threat is not only alive but it's going to hit like a bazooka saying that the NBA will set the machinery in motion to discipline those who went against it's orders.
Mr Rotimi Akeredolu added that the NBA will dish out the appropriate sanctions to those who flouted its order.
Agbakoba, however advised the new SANs to plead with the leadership of the NBA for forgiveness saying they sympathize with those lawyers because they fought hard to become recognized as a SAN- he said they found themselves between the Devil and the Deep blue sea.
